My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, comfortable, and confident in your natural hair. 🤎 📅 BOOKING * Returning Clients: Calendar opens every 13th * New Clients: Calendar opens every 15th * All new clients must complete the required form for your appointment request to be approved. 💳 DEPOSIT & PAYMENT * A $50 non-refundable deposit is required and goes toward your balance. * Remaining balance: Zelle, Cash, Apple Pay or Cash App. * Cash payments must be exact—no change available. * A 2.6% service sales tax is applied at checkout. 🚨 CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING * Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice. * Less than 48 hours: deposit is forfeited + 50% no-show/late cancellation fee charged to the card on file. * With proper notice, your deposit may be transferred once to a new appointment within the same month. ⏰ LATE POLICY There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. Please plan your commute accordingly. 🚗 PARKING & TRANSPORTATION Street parking is limited, so please allow extra travel time. Nearby transportation: Bx12-SBS, Bx8, 2 & 5 trains. 👯 EXTRA GUESTS Because I’m in a suite, unfortunately no extra guests as space is limited 🙏🏻 📸 CONTENT Photos/videos may be taken during your appointment for promotional content.
